A teen-led online and in-person initiative promoting mental health, well-being, and resilience through innovative content and creativity. It provides a platform and network for Jewish teens to meet, share what matters to them, and get their friends and peers to join the conversation.

Jewish Education Project Mental Health Resources

Offers a wide variety of mental health resources for teens and families.

JFCS Center for Children & Youth

Offers a wide range of mental health and clinical services for teens and tweens, plus support for parents.

Mental Health First Aid for Teens

Teaches high school students how to identify, understand and respond to signs and symptoms of mental health or substance-use issues in their friends and peers.

Teen Line

A nonprofit, community based organization that provides emotional support to youth. It is a safe, non-judgmental space where teens can anonymously post their issue at any time and get support from a trained teen from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm Pacific time.

Teen Talk App

A free iPhone and Android app where teens can get support. Teens can use the app to safely and anonymously discuss their lives and concerns with teen advisors who have been professionally trained to help them with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationships, family issues, school, and more.

The Wellness Institute

An organization focused on mental health, wellbeing, and youth suicide prevention.
